Born in Tirunelveli, India, he is survived by his wife, Saradha Rajaram, sons, Vijayendrasastha Rajaram, Chandramouli Rajaram (wife, Pavithra) and Chandrasekar Rajaram (wife, Gomathi), and granddaughter, Mithra aka'Anusha Chandrasekar.
