George W. Brown was born February 24, 1943 to the late Willie and Carol Pennington Brown. He was blessed to be born to a family that loved the Lord. He accepted Jesus as his personal Savior at an early age.
Upon graduation from High School. He joined the United States Military where he served in the Army for a number of years. He was united in holy matrimony to Gladys C. Brown.
George was an avid fisherman. He could be found most days on the fish creek fine tuning his craft until his health would not allow it.
He departed this earthly journey on September 9, 2014 at the University of California-Davis Medical Center.
He leaves to cherish his memory: daughter, Cecile B. Madden (Rick) of Conway, Arkansas; son, George A. Brown of Little Rock, Arkansas, and step daughter Shelain Evans (Charles) of Conway, Arkansas; a sister, Barbara Brandon (Clyde); step-mother, Mary C. Brown; a special friend of many years, Nona Alford; grandchildren: Alicia Cox (Dedric) of Conway, Arkansas, Clarrissa Collins (Duran) of Dallas, Texas, Drake Brown, George A. Brown Jr., Bryunna Brown and Lauren V. Madden; great grandchildren: Lawrence, Lawson, Alexis, Alivia, Drew and Langston; and many other family and friends.
