Phyllis Hamric

Phyllis Hamric, 86, of Hickory Plains, Arkansas, was born April 4, 1927 at Hickory Plains, Arkansas to Leo and Annie (Carlisle) Rogers and she died Monday, October 21, 2013. She was a Christian, a housewife and worked as a nurse for thirty years.
Phyllis is survived by three daughters, Joyce (John) Haley of Butlerville, Mamie (Bobby) Graham of Hickory Plains and Jeanie (Marvin) Day of Hamilton, Michigan; one son, Carlos (Ola Mae) Hamric of Lonoke; ten grandchildren; twenty-four great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; one brother, William Calvin (Norma) Rogers of Morton, Illinois. She was preceded in death by her husband, Orville Hamric; her parents; two brothers, Lavoy and Trennis Rogers; one sister, Jeanette Rogers; and one nephew Jeff Rogers.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, October 24, 2013 at Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Hickory Plains Cemetery. Arrangements by Westbrook Funeral Home, a Smith Family Funeral Home.
