Phillip David Woodham, of North Little Rock died Sept 7, 2019. He was preceded in death by parents: David Woodham, Juanita and Robert Higdon. Survivors include siblings: Deb Kolwyck and Allen Woodham and three children. Service will be 10:00 A.M Saturday, Sept 14, at The Church at Burns Park.
