Phillip Wesley Elkins, 52, of Little Rock died November 20, 2015. He was the one everybody called to repair something. He was fondly known as "Macgyver" appliance repairman by trade, but could build anything and was trained by the Army as a mechanic.
He is survived by his mother Earlene Murray; children Lilly Elkins and Clay Elkins; siblings Cindy Perez, Benny Elkins, Cory Bottoms, 4 grandchildren, and his best friend Mary Jane Grimmett.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 24th from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home.
