Phillip Wayne Edwards, 73, of Mabelvale, Arkansas passed away July 5, 2019 at his home. He was born August 7, 1945 in Little Rock to the late Leonard and Vivian (West) Edwards. Phillip loved his family and cherished spending time with them. He enjoyed being outdoors fishing, hunting, and throwing horseshoes. Phillip leaves behind to cherish his memory his two daughters: Penny Satterfield of Mayflower, Arkansas and Kayse Edwards of Dothan, Alabama; two sons: Gary Stroud of Sherwood, Arkansas and Cody Edwards and wife Brittni of Dothan, Alabama; six "and a half" grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Linda Shiverdecker of Bryant, Arkansas; and a host of family members and friends who love Phillip and will miss him always. Celebration of Life will be held from 2:00-4:00 PM, Saturday, July 13 at the family residence in Mayflower, Arkansas. For information, please contact funeral home.
