Phillip "Phil" Cochran, 67, of North Little Rock, passed away on March 10, 2009. He is survived by his wife of 28 years, Barbara (Cole) Cochran, and one daughter, Melissa Cochran. He was preceded in death by his parents, J.R. and Oleta Cochran. There is a private family service.
