Philip Kelley

Philip William Kelley, 50, of North Little Rock passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021. He was born March 4, 1971 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

He attended Oak Grove High School, worked in the plumbing industry for several years before working at Hatchet Jacks Bait Shop.  Philip enjoyed the outdoors and spending time with his family and friends.

Philip is survived by his mother, Hilda Taylor; two brothers, Anthony Kelley and Douglas Kelley; several nieces and nephews and his fiancée, Eva Gumaru. He was preceded in death by his father, William Kelley; and his sister, Cynthia Kelley.

Visitation will be from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, Sunday, June 6, 2021 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home.
