Philip Curtsinger

Philip Leo Curtsinger went to be with God on Thursday, February 9, 2023. He was born on April 9, 1948, in Mayfield Kentucky to Ross and Betsy Curtsinger. He has been in the manufactured housing industry since the early 70’s. Philip was a force to be reckoned with. He never met a stranger and left an impression on all he crossed paths with.

He is survived by his children, Jason (Dottie) Curtsinger, Wesley (Whitney) Curtsinger and Duston (Selynna) Curtsinger; grandchildren, Randy Wilkerson, Emily Wilkerson, Alyssa Sanders, Rebecca Curtsinger-Saucier, Emily Curtsinger “Sweetcorn”, Mitchell Curtsinger, Garret Curtsinger, Drew Curtsinger, Cody Wilkerson, Aaron Wilkerson, Kendyl Curtsinger, Kymber Curtsinger; nine great-grandchildren, and his beloved dachshund, Bugsy, who was always by his side.

Philip is preceded in death by his parents, Ross and Betsy Curtsinger; sister Carol Sue Curtsinger; son Philip Robb Curtsinger; grandparents Tom and Mabel Spalding, and Varah and Prentice Curtsinger.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to St. Jerome St. Vincent De Paul Society, P.O. Box 38, Fancy Farm, KY 42039.

The family would also like to thank Arkansas Hospice for their assistance and support.

Visitation will be 4:00-6:00 p.m. Saturday, February 11, 2023, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, 404 W. Dewitt Henry Dr., Beebe, Arkansas. 

A visitation will also be held from 9:00-11:00 a.m. Monday, February 13, 2023, followed by funeral at 11:00 a.m., at St. Jerome Church, in Fancy Farm, Kentucky.  Interment will be in St. Jerome Cemetery.
