Percy Le'Roy "Roy" Bullock, 80, of North Little Rock, passed away Monday, November 9, 2009. He was born in Brookhaven, Mississippi on November 18, 1928, a son of Samuel David and Lottie Jane Bullock. He was a veteran of the Korean War, and earned a master's degree from Henderson State University. He and his wife, Alice of 54 years lived in North Little Rock since 1969. He retired from Ross Laboratory, where he excelled as a sales representative. Roy enjoyed spending time with family, playing golf and fishing. His true passion was the game of football. Roy played high school football in Hazlehurst, Mississippi and went on to play at Co-Lin Junior College and later inducted into the Football Hall of Fame. Roy pursued his passion of football by coaching and teaching at Co-Lin Jr. College.
Roy was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Lottie Bullock; his wife, Alice Ann Murray Bullock; brothers, Ralph, Harold and Samuel David Bullock; sisters, Mildred Spears, Mary Artique, Donise Huff, Edith White and Gladys Gore.
He is survived by his son, Steve Bullock; daughters, Brenda Long (Rex), Julie Johnson (Al); grandchildren, Ben, Brian, Sam and Emily Bullock, Taylor Johnson and Rex Allen Long; three great-grandchildren; sister, Sarintha Buras and brother, Grady Bullock.

A graveside service will be held 10:30 a.m., Friday at Hazen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
