Peggy Jean Roberts Williams, age 83, of Arkadelphia, AR passed away July, 29, 2018 with her loving children by her side. Peggy was born Feb 8, 1935 in Pocahontas, WV, daughter of the late Irene Elizabeth and James Polk Mills. Served in the Air Force, OB Nurse at hospital in Arkadelphia, worked at the Methodist Children's Home and in the Nursery for several years, Social Worker for the Area Agency on Aging where she retired after 29 years serving the elderly in Clark and surrounding Counties. Received the Key to the City by the Mayor for her years of service as an Advocate for the elderly, dedicated Mother, and respected and loved by everyone.

She was preceded in death by one grandson, Jeremy; a brother, Kenneth Workman; two son-in-laws, Larry Koenig and Don Clark.

Survived by brother James Charles Mills, 4 daughters, Pamela Koenig, Sharon Ann Clark, Barbara Jean (Thomas) Williams, and Jan Marie (Terry) Gilmore. 2 sons, James Charles Roberts, and John Lee Roberts. 8 Grandchildren, and 8 Great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held Friday, July 6th 6pm to 8pm at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home.

Services will be 10:00 AM Saturday, July 7th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home with Bro. Charlie Williams officiating. Burial to follow at Rest Haven Memorial Gardens.

Pallbearers are Stephen Bowen, Steven D, Day, Jr., Terry Gilmore, Thomas Williams, Justin Buttrum, and Cody Wilson.
