Peggy Walker

Peggy Nell Walker, 79, passed away August 10, 2019.  She was born to the late John and Lillian Duggins in Des Arc, Arkansas on August 14, 1939.  Peggy was the owner of Bellwood Beauty Salon and attended Parkview Baptist Church.  She enjoyed going to casinos, crocheting, sewing, and baking cookies with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her children, Donna Walker, Lisa Downs (Sandy), and Richard Walker; grandchildren, Megan Vandament (James) and Grayson Walker, and great-grandchildren, Lilee, and Jackson Vandament; and several extended family members and dear friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents, three siblings, and a son.

A visitation will be held 5:00 – 7:00 PM, Wednesday, August 14 at Smith-North Little Rock Funeral Home, and a Memorial Service will be at 1:00 PM, Thursday, August 15 at the funeral home.  Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children’s Hospital, P.O. Box 2222, Little Rock, AR 72203 or ARChildrens.org.
