Pearl Gill Bentley, 94, of Sherwood went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, July 23, 2021. She was born on October 2, 1926 in Conway, Arkansas to Henry and Lena Beard Gill. She was a member of Baring Cross Baptist Church for 65+ years before joining First Baptist Church of Sherwood in 2003. She enjoyed singing in the church choir and teaching Young Married Couples in Sunday School with her husband. She was very creative and enjoyed sewing, painting ceramics, and creating memory albums.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Jarrell Bentley and her infant daughter, Carol Ann Bentley. She is survived by her two daughters, Beverly Kleweno (Doug) of Athens, Georgia and Krista Geran (David) of Sherwood, Arkansas; four grandchildren, Keri Geran Boyd (Jeff), Matthew Kleweno (April), Kurt Geran (Jill) and Amanda Kleweno Stewart (Justin); nine great grandchildren, Caroline and Carlee Boyd, Henley and Reese Kleweno, Bentley and Becca Geran, and Kate, Luke and Grant Stewart.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Sherwood or Compassion World Outreach .

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, July 30, 2021 at Smith North Little Rock Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior.
