Paul Evans

Paul Dwayne Evans passed away peacefully in his Sherwood home on September 13, 2019. Paul was a Seabee in the United States Navy. He was a longtime active member of the Big Rock Masonic Lodge and Rose City Masonic Lodge and served as Past Master. He was also a Shriner and delighted children for many years as a Shrine Clown at parades, parties and other functions.  In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He could be seen having breakfast and drinking coffee with “the crew” at Littlefield’s Café almost every morning. Spending quality time with his numerous friends and family was one of his favorite pastimes and was often the highlight of his day.

Paul was born to the late William Earl Evans and Billie Jean Evans of North Little Rock. He is also preceded in death by his grandson, Cody Bradley. Paul is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Faye Olivia Evans, and six children; Terry Eliza Bradley (Philip) of Quitman, James Darryl Apple (Debbie) of Ward, Ronald Carl Apple (Jan) of Jacksonville, Michael Dane Apple (Pam) of Ward, William DeWayne Evans-Delrie (Damein) of Sherwood, and Ricky Corder (Angela) of Benton. He is also survived by his brother, Edward Earl Evans (Renee) of Fillmore, CA and sister, Jealene Kay Cohen of North Little Rock. His legacy will live on through his numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews whom he held very near and dear to his heart.
