Patsy Ruth Fulks, 78, of Sherwood, Arkansas, died Sunday, December 15, 2013. She was born January 5, 1935 in Beebe to Will and Mary Fulks. She was a retired limousine company owner and a member of Victory Baptist Church in Sherwood.
Patsy was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Robert and Harold; and two sisters, Juanita and Dean.
She is survived by one brother, Billy Ray Fulks of Searcy; her caregivers, niece Lavon Johnson and nephew Ronny Baty, both of Sherwood; and a host of other nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank The Lakes at Maumelle and Odyssey Hospice for the care given to Patsy.
Family will receive friends from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Graveside service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at Antioch Cemetery. Arrangements by Westbrook, a Smith Family Funeral Home.
