Patsy Lou Cox age 75 of Arkadelphia died Wednesday. She was born January 10, 1933 in Clark County the daughter of William Marvin and Elsie Duke Shope. She was a housewife and a Baptist. Patsy was preceded in death by her husband A. B. Cox and a daughter Debra Manriquez.
Survivors include two sons, Daryl Godwin of Arkadelphia and Gary Godwin of North Little Rock, one stepson Terry Cox of Arkadelphia, one sister Barbara Scott of Arkadelphia, and 5 grandchildren.
Graveside funeral services will be 1 PM Saturday in the Smyrna Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Hightower Jr. officiating. Visitation will be 6-8 PM Friday at the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Smyrna Cemetery.
