Patsy Black

Patsy Black, age 75, of Hot Springs, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2020.

Patsy was born on July 16, 1945, in Hot Springs the daughter of Fletcher Harvey and Gertrude Boone Harvey. She was preceded in death by her husband of fifty-seven years, Ivan Black; her son, Tony Black; her parents; three brothers; and one sister.

Patsy was a unique woman who was loved by all that knew her and will be missed until we all see her again. Everyone knew her as “Mom”!

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kathy and Wayne Spray; one grandson, Eric Black; one step-grandson, Dustin Shelton all of Hot Springs; her brother, Dale Harvey of Tahlequah, Oklahoma; three brothers-in-law, Allen Smith and Joe Hayden, both of Hot Springs, and Doug Smith of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; two sisters-in-law, Nancy Redwine of Mt. Pine and Annette Harrison of Independence, Missouri; her most beloved fur babies, Pepper and Fluffy; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends.

Graveside services will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, August 7, 2020, in the Morning Star Cemetery with Pastor Alfred Lee Harvey officiating.

Arrangements are under the direction of Davis-Smith Funeral Home, Hot Springs.
