Patricia Jones

Mrs. Patricia (Pat) Montgomery Jones passed away at the age of 77 on November 20, 2011 following a long illness. Pat was born on February 13, 1934 to the late Otis and Maudie Montgomery of Perry County, where she spent most of her growing up years and later married her husband, the late Mr. John C. Jones, Jr. of Houston, Texas where they lived and raised four children. She always considered Perry County her home
She is survived by her four children, Pattie Nagy of Washington, Calvin Jones of Delaware, Linda Ward and Ted Jones both of Woodlands, Texas; two grandsons, Michael Ward of Japan, Bogart Jones of Washington. She is also survived by three sisters, Jean Voss of Conway, Bobby McIntyre of Harmony community and Jeri Sherrill of Dallas, Georgia. She was the sister of the late Alton Montgomery of the Harmony community.
The funeral will be at 1:00 P.M. Friday, November 25, 2011 at Harmony Baptist Church where she was a member, located at 3195 Highway 10 in the Harmony community of Perry County. Burial will follow at the Church cemetery. No viewing will be held. The services will be officiated by Rev. Jimmy Corder.
