Patricia L. Moix

Patricia L. Moix, a cherished matriarch, devoted homemaker, and loving soul, peacefully departed this world on February 2, 2025, in North Little Rock, surrounded by her beloved family. Born on September 8, 1936, in Center Ridge, Arkansas, Patricia was a bright light in the lives of many and is deeply missed.

Patricia, lovingly known as Patsy, spent her life nurturing those around her with her generous spirit, kind heart, and unwavering strength. Growing up in the Catholic faith, her upbringing instilled in her the values of love and community, which she carried into her own family life. She was known for delighting in the hustle and bustle of a full house, a reflection of her caring nature and the joy she found in family gatherings.

As a homemaker, Patricia poured her energy into her family, ensuring that everyone felt cherished and cared for. Her exceptional cooking skills were evidenced by her famous homemade spaghetti sauce, a dish that brought everyone to her table. Patricia found joy in simple pleasures, from crocheting and sewing to dancing at the senior citizen center, where she made many friends. Her lively spirit was infectious, especially when she would play Claw, a game she enjoyed with gusto.

Patricia is survived by her loving children, Phyllis Ritchie and her husband Keith, and Michael Moix and his wife Diane. Her legacy lives on through her grandchildren: David Ritchie, Mark Ritchie and his wife Kelsey, Michelle Leachman and her husband Jeremy, Jerrett Watts and his wife Jennifer, Chris Watts and his wife Jessie, Gabrielle Holmes and her husband Spencer, Josef Mathes, and Lisa Mathes. She also leaves behind her cherished great-grandchildren: Isla Leachman, Roselynn Ritchie, Violet Ritchie, Mara Watts, Tyler Watts, Myles Watts, and Tidus Cox—each of whom brought immense joy to her life.

Patricia was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Peter Alexander "Lex" Moix, and their son, Frank Alfred Moix. She was also reunited with her siblings, Rocky Paladino, JoAnn Hiatt, and Raymond Paladino, who have all left this world before her.

In the hearts of many, Patricia L. Moix will forever be remembered as a loving, kind, and strong-willed woman whose legacy of love and generosity will continue to inspire. As her family gathers to celebrate her remarkable life, they find solace in the treasured memories and the lessons she imparted to them all.
