Patricia Minor

Patricia "Pat" (Evans) Minor, of Austin, Arkansas, went to be with the Lord Saturday, June 30, 2018. She was born June 24, 1936 to Aubrey and Callie "Ivarene" Evans and grew up in the Woodlawn community. She graduated from Cabot High School in 1954. Pat was a resident of the Oak Grove community for over fifty years, and she drove school bus for the Cabot Public Schools for thirty-one years; a job that she loved! She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed her pets and spending time with her family and friends. Other interests included crossword puzzles and antiques.

Pat is survived by her husband of sixty-two years, Leslie "Ray" Minor; daughter Sheree and husband Steve Stracener; grandchildren Stephanie Stracener and Spencer and wife Elizabeth Stracener; all of Kingsport, Tennessee; brother John and wife Lois Evans of Sherwood; and sister Ruby Roberts of Waynesville, Missouri.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Seth Stracener, her parents, and brother, Willard Evans.

Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2018 at Oak Grove Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. www.SmithFamilyCares.com
