Patricia Ann Rainey Marchese, 61, of Little Rock, passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 23, 2011, surrounded by loving family and friends. She was born to Horace and Loletta Rainey in Casa, Arkansas on November 7, 1949.

With her husband she was co-owner of The Marchese Company, Francesca's, and Child Watch Afterschool Care. She was an amateur novelist, painter, and sculptor, and created one-of-a-kind silk flower arrangements and jewelry pieces. She was also a Master Gardener, served on Governor Huckabee's Commission for People With Disabilities, and shared her family's love for music.
Leaving to cherish her memory are her best friend and loving husband of 36 years, Joe I. Marchese; daughter, Francesca Marchese of Austin, Texas; son Nathaniel Marchese of Fayetteville. She is also survived by her mother, Loletta Rainey of Casa; four brothers, Charles Rainey (Hanna) of Casa, Donnie Rainey (Janice) of Little Rock, Kenneth Rainey of Thornburg, and Gary Rainey (Loyra) of Casa; two sisters, Terry Reeder and Sherrie Kirkpatrick of Perryville; brother-in-law, Chris Marchese (Debbie) of Fort Smith; sister-in-law, Margaret Marchese Srygley (Todd) of Benton; and numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father, Horace Rainey; sister, Paula Stacy; and father and mother-in-law, Sam and Marie Marchese.
