Patricia Ann Knox

Patricia A Smith-Knox was born March 6, 1941 to Fredrick Harry and Willie Fran Smith in Shreveport, LA, On March 1, 2023 in Little Rock, AR she went to be with God.  After nearly 20 years of dealing with over a dozen broken bones she is finally out of pain and at peace in heaven.

She was preceded in death by her husband John W. Knox, her brother Fredrick “Rick” Smith, parents and dozens of other family and friends.  She leaves behind her sons, Randall Dixon, Phillip Dixon (Ana Marie), daughter in-law Terri Knox and granddaughter Jessica Knox, step children David Knox, Deanna Knox, and grandchildren Victoria, Stephanie, and Savannah.

A memorial service will be held on April 22, 2023 with visitation and reception at noon and services at 1pm in the Scimitar Shrine Center 631 West Riverfront Dr, North Little Rock AR 72114.

This fund helps pay transportation costs so that Shriners patients can get to one of the 22 hospitals and clinics for their surgeries & appointments.
