Patricia Ann Hernandez, 71, of North Little Rock, departed this life for her heavenly home on September 2, 2016. She was born January 17, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois to the late Lenard and Maude (Ware) Smith.
She will be missed by her two sons, Anthony Clements and David Hernandez and wife Stephanie; her true love, Antonio Hernandez; two brothers, Jack Smith of Albuquerque, New Mexico and Randy Smith of North Little Rock, Arkansas; three grandchildren, Brandon, Samara, and Dominic; and many more family members and friends.
Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, Lenard "LT" Smith and Maude Ware Clements; and two brothers, James (Jimmy) Smith and Juan Smith.
A memorial service will be held to honor Pat at 10:00 AM, September 14, 2016 at Friendly Chapel, 116 South Pine, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Services entrusted to Smith-Benton Funeral Home, certified Veterans Funeral Care provider.
