Patricia Brannon

Patricia "Patsy" (Byrd) Brannon, 74, of Cabot, Arkansas, was born September 26, 1937, at Cabot, to Benjamin and Millie (Baugh) Byrd, and she died Tuesday, May 22, 2012. Patsy was a member of Cabot First Baptist Church, and was a retired teacher with the Jacksonville and Cabot school districts.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-five years and five months, Vernon "Buzz" Brannon; sons Michael (Cindi) Brannon of Cabot and Mitchell (Amy) Brannon of Salem, Oregon; six grandchildren, Chris, Tim, Benjamin, Meghan, Sarah and Coy; great-grandson Alex Brannon; and sister Betty (Eugene) Rye of Cabot. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
Family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 26, 2012, at Cabot First Baptist Church, with burial in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Foundation for the Future, 204 N. Third, Cabot, AR 72023.
