Pat Hammons

Pat (Dilbeck) Hammons, 76, of Sherwood passed away Monday, March 22, 2010. She was a member of the Women of the Moose and First Baptist Church of Douglasville. She was retired from the United States Department of Agriculture Dairy Division.
She is survived by two nephews, Ron Cortez, of Sonoma, California and Charlton Porter, of Lead Hill, Arkansas; niece, Cheryl Cortez, of Lead Hill, Arkansas; great-nephew, Leonard Hill; and brother-in-law, Carlos Cortez, both of Granada Hills, California. She was preceded in death by her husband, Hunk Hammons; parents, Leonard and Ola Dilbeck; and sister, Jeane Cortez.
Memorials may be made to Mooseheart, 155 S. International Blvd., Mooseheart, Illinois 60539.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday in the North Little Rock Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Sumner Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
