Owen Teagan Howard

April 1, 2025 — April 1, 2025

Benton

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Owen Teagan Howard, who was born on April 1, 2025, in Benton, Arkansas. Owen, our precious angel, left this world on the same day, leaving behind an indelible mark on the hearts of all who knew him.

In the brief moments that Owen graced our lives, he became a cherished part of the fabric of his family's hopes and dreams. During his time in his mother’s womb, love wove its way through the hearts of his parents, Brandus and Lauren Howard, creating a bond that transcended time. Though his journey was cut far too short, the love shared between him and his family was profound, emblematic of the purest affection that exists.

Owen is survived by his loving parents, as well as his siblings, Noah, Liam, and Zola Howard, who will forever hold him close in their hearts. He is also remembered fondly by his grandparents, Stephanie and Van Porter, and Pauline and Victor Howard, who cherished their time with him, however fleeting it may have been. Additionally, a host of aunts, uncles, and family members surround them with unprecedented love, each carrying Owen’s memory forward.

As we reflect on Owen's brief life, we are reminded of the beauty of his existence, and the bittersweet nature of love that can bring both joy and sorrow. Even in his short time with us, Owen's presence has inspired a profound sense of connection and hope, reminding us that love, like angel wings, can uplift us through our darkest moments.

Though Owen may no longer be seen, he will forever be felt in the hearts of his parents, siblings, grandparents, and extended family. His spirit will surely watch over them, guiding them with the gentle embrace of an angel.

Angel Wings
A precious angel slipped away, no one heard a cry.

No time for Dad and Mommy to sing me lullabies.

My time with you was much too short. I had to leave too soon,

But love had joined us as I grew inside my Mommy's womb.

It wove it's way within our hearts, in all our hopes and dreams,

Until the very purest love became my tiny wings.

Although I could not stay with you, I knew right from the start,

That once you felt your angel's love, you'd keep me in your hearts.

I'm just a little angel but my time was not in vain.

As dark clouds that surround you give way unto the sun,

My precious parents you will see that any heart will sing,

If only for a moment it is brushed by angel wings.
