Otis Bazzell Collier, II, 47, of Benton, Arkansas passed away April 7, 2016 in Paragould, Arkansas. He was born February 4, 1969 in Hot Springs, Arkansas to Tim Collier and Tonale Carroll.
Otis worked at Action Mechanical as a journeyman plumber. He attended Cross Roads Baptist Church.
Left to cherish his memories are his loving wife, Sheila Collier of Benton, Arkansas; three sons, Chance Collier of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Kevin Collier, and Kody Collier of Benton, Arkansas; daughters, Kinzey Collier and Kayla Collier of Benton, Arkansas; brother, Gary Collier of Oklahoma; step-brother, Jock Simpson of Hot Springs, Arkansas; four sisters, Kimberly Green of Louisiana, Marlene Kirby of Hot Springs, Arkansas, Darlene Nemeth of Wisconsin, and April Collier of Arkansas; and many other family members and friends who loved Otis and will miss him always.
