Otis Burns

Otis L. Burns, 94, of Beebe, Arkansas, formerly of El Dorado, died Sunday, January 24, 2016. He was a retired payroll supervisor at Murphy Oil after thirty-eight years of service. He was a U.S. Coast Guard veteran of WWII, and a member of Beebe First Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wives, Charlene Burns, the mother of his children, Richard and Cheryl who survive him, and Jeanette Burns. He is also survived by six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 28, 2016, at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, with burial in Meadowbrook Memorial Gardens.
