Ollie Calvert
Ollie T. Calvert, 64, of Sherwood passed away Friday, July 28, 2006. He worked for Levi Strauss Company for 30 years where he retired. He loved gardening and was an avid Texas Longhorn fan.
He is survived by his wife, Janie (Anhalt) Calvert, of Sherwood; two daughters, Terri Beeckman and husband, Eric, of Jackson, Tennessee and Vicki Crosland and husband, Rocky of El Paso, Arkansas; three sons, Charley Calvert, of Little Rock, Jonathan Calvert and wife, Tonya, and Thomas Calvert, all of Columbus, Georgia; and ten grandchildren, Cathy, Dominic, Janie, John, Joseph, Sydney, Sofia, Joshua, Nathan and Kevin. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Memorials may be made to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Building Fund, 7000 JFK Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas 72116 or American Cancer Society, 901 N. University Ave., Little Rock, Arkansas 72207.
Mass of Christian burial will be held 10:00 A.M., Monday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. Burial will be in Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery.
