Ola Brown Taylor age 98, of Arkadelphia, died Friday, January 2, 2015. She was born August 31, 1916 the daughter of John E. and Willie Wright Brown. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband O. W. Taylor and a daughter, Johnnie Sue Fowler.
Survivors include one daughter, Frances Ferguson and her husband Dave of Arkadelphia, five grandchildren, Phillip, Thomas, and Paul Fowler, Stanley David Ferguson and Meredith Novak, 10 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 10 AM Tuesday, January 6th in the Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Chapel with Pastor Ray Franklin and Todd Franks officiating. Burial will be in Rest Haven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 9 AM till service time at the funeral home
Memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Clark County or charity of your choice. The family would like to offer special thanks to the staff of Twin Rivers Health and Rehab especially Twin Haven Hall.
