Odetta Davis, 82, of Arkadelphia, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord Saturday, October 15, 2022, at Baptist Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas.
She was born January 14, 1940, in Arkadelphia to Robert and Glaydon Whitworth-Rogers.
Odetta spent most of her life as a homemaker. She was a faithful member of First Assembly of God in Arkadelphia. In her free time, she enjoyed quilting, crocheting and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her brother, R.D. Rogers; her sisters, Mary Beth Stewart and Bobbie Ann Toland and her granddaughter, Misty Cook.
Survivors include her son, John (Patty) Patterson of Belle Chasse, Louisiana; her daughter, Relda Keeling of Arkadelphia, Arkansas; her sister, Betty Howard of Madisonville, Texas; her brothers, John (Joella) Rogers of Malvern, Arkansas; Lawis Jr. Rogers of Shreveport, Louisiana and Nathan (Carline) Rogers of Arkadelphia; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
Her visitation will be held at First Assembly of God-Arkadelphia, 11th Street and Walnut Street, Thursday, October 20, 2022, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. with funeral services immediately following the visitation.
Burial will follow at Shiloh Cemetery near Gum Springs, Arkansas.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Assembly of God-Arkadelphia.
