Mr. Oce William Russell, 89, of Los Angeles and formerly of North Little Rock, died Jan 10, 2014. He is preceded in death by his brothers Belton, Harmon, Chester and Jack, and his wife, Mauda Evelyn Russell. He is survived by his son, Jay Russell, daughter-in-law, Lee Cunningham and grandson, Beau Russell, all of Los Angeles.
