Nova Chism, 95, of Ward, Arkansas, went to be with her Lord Wednesday, December 3, 2014. She was born October 6, 1919 at Russellville, Arkansas to John Martin and Angie Elizabeth (Brewer) Crouch. She was a member of Country Chapel since 1980.
Nova is survived by sons Dale (Judy) Chism, Jerry (Kelly) Chism and Johnny (Donnia) Chism; daughters Shirley Ford and Carolyn Benford; nineteen grandchildren; fifty great-grandchildren; thirty-one great-great-grandchildren; and sister Joyce (Charles) Fulmer.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Hardy Chism; her daughter, Lavonda Sue Chism; and her parents.
Family will receive friends from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Funeral will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, December 6, 2014, at Country Chapel, Sylvania, with burial in Beebe Cemetery. Arrangements by Smith - Westbrook Funeral Home.
