Norman Sory
Norman Sory, 90, of Lonoke passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2009. He was a member of Cabot Church of Christ and a United States Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his daughters, Elizabeth Robinson, of Lonoke, Rita Compton, of Sherwood, Gayle Orell and husband, Brian, of Cabot and Becky Coaley, of Ward; grandchildren, David, DeeDee, Greg, Michael, Ashley, Arin, Rhonda, Janice, Joey and Amanda; great-grandchildren, Hunter, Destynne, Madilynn, Shawna, Hailey, Joshua and Ashley and one great-great-grandchild, Reyna. He was preceded in death by his wife, Altha Sory; daughters, Frances and Debbie, two grandchildren, Ricky and Deno
and all his brothers and sisters.
Memorials may be made to Arkansas Children Hospital, P.O. Box 2222, Little Rock, Arkansas 72203 or Hospice Home Care 2200 Bowman Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72211.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home. Burial will be in Arkansas Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m., Thursday at the funeral home, 1921 Main St., 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
