Norma "Jean" Haymes

Norma Jean Nick Haymes, 81, of Beebe passed away May 1, 2020.  She was born July 12, 1938 to George and Evelyn Nick in Antioch, Arkansas. Jean defined compassion, thoughtfulness and had an unmatched ability to give to those she loved and admired.  She was a retired beautician.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, James Nick.

Jean is survived by her husband of 50 years, Ray Haymes; one son, Charles Haymes (Linda), of Cammack Village; two grandsons, Preston Haymes of Cammack Village, Joey Chambers of Austin; and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1:00 to 5:00 Tuesday, May 5, 2020 at Smith-Westbrook Funeral Home, Beebe. Graveside service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, May 6, 2020 at Apple Hill Cemetery in Austin.  Arrangements by Smith—Westbrook Funeral Home. www.SmithFamilyCares.com
