Norma Head

Norma “Sue” Head, 82, of Mt. Pleasant passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2019. She was born July 15, 1937 in Bee Branch, Arkansas to Jeff and Alva Ward.

She was a member of First Baptist Church of Mt. Pleasant, and retired from AIG Insurance Company at the age of 65. She loved reading, gardening and “baby sitting her grand dogs.”

Sue is survived by her son, Johnny House (Linda); two granddaughters, Kim House (Shane) and Amber House; six great-grandchildren, Sydney, Will, Chloe, Killian, Aubree and Piper; one great-great-grandson, Kannon; and her special friend, Palmalee Byrd.  She is preceded in death by her parents; and three brothers, Charles, Bobby and Billy Ward.

A Memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 28, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Mt. Pleasant, Arkansas.
