Nora Chapman, born April 28, 1956, passed away Wednesday, September 9, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Charlie and her friend John.
She was a member of the Elks and worked for the North Little Rock School District for twenty-seven years. She leaves behind a multitude of friends.
