Nona loved many things, her fur babies, jewelry, purses, fishing, swimming, the warm sun on her face, she was bossy and loved to aggravate her siblings and husband. She was loved by many, she never met a stranger, accepted everyone into her life. Her smile was infectious. She loved to sing, read her bible, laugh, yard sales, flea markets, flowers, roosters, tea pots, anything Disney and Bradford Exchange. She loved western movies like Gun smoke, Little House on the Prairie and Andy Griffith.
Her daughter Barbara says, I took care of my mom till the end, she is the light of my life, we always had each other laughing, her and Marc picked on each other on a daily basis, Marc and I always did special things just to make her happy and smile. She deserved the best and we made sure she got it! Thank you Sarah for making her beautiful, she loved coming to see you and making her hair so nice. Thank you to AT Nails, Andy and his staff made mom feel so happy.
She loved sisters weekend! That was a yearly thing she look forward to, lord knows what went on, but that’s between her and them to cherish. She loved to spend times at the pool with Taylor dancing and singing, laughing with each other, they had a bond like no other. I thank each and every one of you who made her smile! This is not goodbye, this is I’ll see you on the other side. Mom would say, pray to the lord and he will see you through. So please take her advice and see her again in heaven. Thank you all for loving this beautiful soul.
