Nola Tyson

Nola Crook Tyson, 91, of Little Rock, passed away June 30, 2011. She was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Tyson, sister, Molly Stephens, brothers, Frank and John Knowles, son Eddie Tyson and daughter, Ann Aldridge. She is survived by her daughter, Susan Lindsey (Jim); daughter-in-law, Gloria Tyson, sisters, Hazel Grable (Weldon) and Eloise Lawhon. She is also survived by four grandchildren, Bret Aldridge (Barbara), Steve Tyson, Kim Cox (Steve) and Michael Lindsey, and three great-grandchildren, Shelby Cox, Bradley and Brooke Aldridge.
Services will be held on Wednesday, July 6 at 11:00 a.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. Carroll Koon and Rev. Bob Slagley. Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. Visitation is Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.).
