Nina Eileen Williams, 61, of Little Rock, AR., unexpectedly transitioned on January 26, 2024, in the privacy of her home in England, AR. Her loss is sudden and leaves her family, friends, and only daughter engulfed in sorrow.
Nina was born on October 12, 1962, to Dorothy Mitchell and Cleveland Parker in Little Rock, AR. She was one of ten children: Dolores Pirre, Gary Nolen, late Rosetta Williams, Chester Brown, late James Edward Brown, Annette Thomas, Patricia Black, Dr. Barbara Perry, and Frankie Woods.
Nina was an exemplary mother to her only daughter, Erica Nagel whom she called Nikki. Nina is more than Erica’s mother, she is her guardian angel guiding her from Heaven and along her side always and forever.
Nina embodied the best of qualities for all of those who had the privilege to know and love her: unbreakable love, grit, strength of spirit, and an unending generosity that could be seen in her care for her mother, her daughter, immediate family, and network of friends. She never met a stranger. Her heart was always open to be present in the lives of those who needed her.
Nina was vibrant and radiated light. She truly believed in the light of others and the light that carries us through God’s word. She had an immense passion for nature, especially fishing. In both personal and professional contexts, fishing was at the epicenter of her joy. No one loved to set a hook more than Nina.
Nina's family deeply appreciates your support during this difficult time and asks that you send a prayer to Nina and commemorate her short 61 years of life that she so graciously shared with us. May she live in our hearts for an eternity.
