Nina Miller

Nina Kathryn Jones Miller, 64, of Little Rock, passed away on May 19, 2019. She was born to Maury and Mary Louise Jones at the Nix Memorial Hospital in San Antonio, TX on September 21, 1954. She was a 1973 graduate of Central High School.

Preceded in death by her parents and her son, Ryan Miller, she is survived by her husband of 44 years, Thomas Miller; daughters, Elizabeth Rodgers (Jacob) and Rebekah Gray (Neil), all of Little Rock; grandchildren, Zoe Bunch (Wesley), Jeremy Rodgers, Taylor Rodgers, Katheryn Miller, Dylan Miller, Ellison Gray and Cameron Gray; and great-grandson, Kylar Bunch.

Before retirement, she worked at the Arkansas Department of Health as an Administrative Assistant and helped oversee the immunization registry for the State. She enjoyed her last few years in retirement spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchild. She was very creative and loved to design and execute home improvement projects.

She was a very involved member of The Church at Wellington Assembly of God. She loved God so faithfully and loved her church family. She never met a stranger and would use every opportunity to share her love and the word of God and invite people to her church. She had a one of a kind sense of humor and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

The family would like to extend a special note of thanks to Dr. Thomas Sneed and the Carti care team as well as the care team at Hospice Home Care Inpatient Center.

Services will be held Thursday, May 23rd at 10:00 a.m. at The Church at Wellington, officiated by Pastor Bob Perry. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the church at 715 Wellington Village Road, Little Rock, AR 72211. An Inurnment will be scheduled at a later date.
