Nettie Vizzier

Nettie Lora Conway Vizzier, 98, of North Little Rock passed at 5:15 a.m. on January 3, 2017. She was born April 18, 1918 in Cypress Valley, Arkansas to the late William D. and Julia Flake Conway. She was a homemaker and lifelong Methodist. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd H. Vizzier; brothers, Silas Paul and William Lloyd Conway and her sister, Claudia Verell Conway.
She and Floyd enjoyed fishing and their cabin on Lake Conway. They were members of a North Little Rock Riding Club and spent many Sunday afternoons on trail rides.
She also enjoyed gardening, canning and cooking. No one could match her fried pies. Her favorite musician was Boots Randolph, whom she was able to meet at one of his concerts.
She is survived by one brother, Jervis Flake Conway; sister, Ellie Conway Martin and many nieces and nephews who she enjoyed cooking for.
A celebration of her life and memorial visitation will be held at 1:00 to 3:00 P.M., Sunday, January 8th at Smith - North Little Rock Funeral Home Reception Hall.
