Neely Taylor age 94 of Arkadelphia died Friday, October 3, 2008 in Arkadelphia. She was born July 10, 1914 in Booneville, Arkansas the daughter of the late Wilbur D. and Ella M. Mebane. She was a Baptist and a retired inspector for Levi and Oberman Manufacturing plant.
Survivors include two sons, Glen Taylor and his wife, Mary Ellen of Arkadelphia; Gaylon Taylor and his wife, Claudette of Waldron, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Kara Taylor; Krista Colquit and her husband, Scot; one great-granddaughter, Adrianne Colquit and two special friends, Joe Dorsey and Ida Williams both of Arkadelphia.
Graveside services will be at 10:30 AM Tuesday, October 7, 2008 at Carlen Cemetery near Booneville, Arkansas. Visitation will be Monday 6-7:30 PM Monday at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Arkadelphia Second Baptist Church 810 S. 12th St. Arkadelphia, AR. 71923.
