Nancy Riley Watkins, 53, of Bismarck, passed away September 5, 2018. She is survived by her husband, David Watkins; parents, Robert and Carol Riley of Sebastian, Florida; brother, Aaron David Riley, also of Sebastian; and two nephews, Tristen Riley and Ean Riley.
