Nancy Kay Walker, 70, of Little Rock, died at home Tuesday, June 22, 2010. She was born November 21, 1939 in Honolulu, Hawaii to Thomas K. and Elizabeth A. Borden. She was a secretary at the Mosaic Church where she was a member. She also was a member and volunteer with Alcoholics Anonymous.
She is survived by her daughters, Wendi Eakins (Alan) of Glendale, AZ and Gerrie Gillin of Colorado Springs, CO; grandchildren, Jeri Detherage of Scottsdale, AZ, Jonathan Gillin (Nicole) and Trisha Gillin, both of Colorado Springs; great-grandchildren, Trinity Glover of Scottsdale, Connor Gillin and Dominick Gillin, both of Colorado Springs; brother, Jerry Borden (Sharon) of San Jose, CA; and nephew, Tom Borden (Maricar) of Vallejo, CA; and a host friends. She was predeceased by her parents and her husband, Robert R. Walker.
Funeral Service will be at 10:00 a.m. Monday, June 28, 2010 at the Mosaic Church, 6420 Colonel Glenn Rd, Little Rock, AR with Rev. Harry Li officiating. There will be a luncheon following the service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Mosaic Church in Nancy's memory.
