Nancy Jean Suddeth, 73, of Little Rock, went home Friday, April 27, 2007. She was born in Little Rock to the late Clifton and Ruth Moran, and was a graduate of Little Rock Senior High (now Central) Class of 1952. She was a member of Geyer Springs First Baptist Church.
She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Buzz Suddeth; two sons, Paul (Dara) and Mark (Beverly); five grandsons, P.J. (Amy) and Will Suddeth and Steve (Brandy), Jason and Travis Browning; and three great-grandsons. She also leaves two brothers, Ed and Homer Moran and her sister, Alice Kerr.
Nancy was involved in child care work for 25 years with the Methodist Children's Home in Little Rock and the Presbyterian Children's Home in Itasca, Texas.
Visitation will be Monday evening, April 30, from 6-8 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.), Little Rock. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 1, at 11:00 a.m. at the Geyer Springs First Baptist Church, officiated by Dr. Bruce Chesser and Dr. Paul Sanders. Memorials may be made to the Geyer Springs First Baptist Church Building Fund, the Diabetes Association or the Heart Association.
