Myra Springer

Myra Jo Springer age 60, of Friendship, passed away Friday, December 22, 2017 at Twin Rivers Health & Rehab. In Arkadelphia. Myra was born March 29, 1957 in Hudson, Ohio to Charles and Nancy Rutherford. She was of Baptist faith and a member of Riverside Baptist Church. She owned and operated her own cleaning business for fifteen years.

Myra was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Nancy Rutherford and infant grandson, John Hunter McBride.

Myra leaves behind two daughters and two sons, Angela Starkey (Keith) of Donaldson, Kim Walker (Brent) of Arkadelphia, John McBride (Sarah) of Donaldson and Anthony Springer of Donaldson; six grandchildren that she adored, Kyle Walker, Haley and Logan Starkey, Luke and Jacob McBride and Adam Springer; siblings are Eddie Rutherford (Laveda) of Malvern, Chuck Rutherford (Kathy) of Okolona, Teresa McMahan (Steve) of Friendship; several nieces and nephews.

Myra loved life and her family very very much. She will be greatly missed.

Services will be at 10:30 AM Tuesday, December 26th at Ruggles-Wilcox Funeral Home in Arkadelphia with Bro. Ronnie Hardin and Bro. Danny Eckert officiating. Burial will be in Ouachita Cemetery. Visitation will be 9:00 AM Tuesday until service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Bryan Rutherford, Evan Rutherford, Josh McMahan, Kyle Walker, Cody Harper, Allen Harper and Mike Smith.

The family would like to extend a special thank-you to Twin Rivers Health & Rehabilitation and Kindred Hospice.
