Murrell Siess
Murrell (Smith) Siess, 87, of Little Rock, passed away Thursday, February 21, 2008. She was born October 27, 1920 in Pulaski County to Elijah Oscar and Ela (Beasley) Smith. Mrs. Siess was of the Methodist faith.
She is survived by two brothers, Raymond Smith of Okolona and
L. V. Smith of Sheridan; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dr. Harry James Siess; and two brothers, Charlie and Henry Eldon Smith.
The family wishes to express a special thanks to the staff at Woodland Hills Nursing Home.
Memorials maybe made to Cato Cemetery Association, 149 Cato Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72120.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday in Cato Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Friday at North Little Rock Funeral Home, 1921 Main, 758-1170. Online obituary and guest register at www.nlrfh.com.
