Betty Rae Harrison Heck, 92, of Conway, passed peacefully on Saturday, July 6, 2019, at home. She was born February 17, 1927, to the late John Hobart and Alpha Harrison on their farm in Urich, Missouri. She was a charter member of Faulkner County Master Gardeners and had a passion for growing wildflowers. She was also active with the Conway Regional Fitness Center where she enjoyed water aerobics and many friends. She also enjoyed spending quality time with her granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Kenneth Harrison of Clinton, Missouri; her infant daughter, Deane Heck; her daughter, Darla Rae Heck of Greenville, Texas; and her husband of 58 years, Howell H. Heck Jr. Survivors include her son, Dr. Howell H. Heck III of Palm Bay, Florida; granddaughters, Darla Elizabeth Reeder of Temple, Texas; Dr. Michelle Irene Henne of Winter Haven, Florida; Nicole Rae Heck of Lake Nona, Florida; and great-granddaughter, Taylor Elizabeth Perry of Paris, Texas.
