Mitchell "Mitch" Garrett

Mitchell “Mitch” Garrett, age 54, of Amity, passed away on Thursday, June 9, 2022.

He was born on August 2, 1967, in Camden, the son of McDearl and Clara Lee O’Neal Garrett. He was preceded in death by his father and his daughter, Torie Garrett.

Mitch was a Christian in his faith. He always enjoyed riding his motorcycle and going fishing. He was known for loving to spend time with his family and friends

He is survived by his daughter, Kristen Fatheree; his mother, Clara Garrett; his grandchildren, Lucas Garrett, Preslee Fatheree, and McKenzie Caldwell; his two brothers, Butch and Derenda Garrett, and Dewayne and Kerri Garrett; his “favorite” sister, Tonya Kimbrough; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and a host of wonderful friends

A private family celebration will be held at a later time.
